Stephens Associates Consulting Engineers (SA) performed structural evaluation, design and construction of structural renovations and repairs to this historic, 3-story, wood-framed church.
SA evaluated existing structure, including uncovering a previously unknown deficiency during our investigation. SA prepared structural drawings for construction, designing replacement foundations and framing at selected locations, repairs for deficiencies, and structural modifications to accommodate a new elevator.
During construction, SA consulted with our client to resolve issues, satisfy building code officials, and save construction cost and schedule.
